TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. About the Program
The Whisper and Veil Referral Program (“Program”) was created to reward our loyal clients and followers (“you,” “Member,” “Referrer”) for recommending our wedding photography services to others (“Referred”). By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
Whisper and Veil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. How It Works
A referral is considered valid when:
   •   You share information about Whisper and Veil with a potential client;
   •   That person books a wedding photography package by signing a contract and submitting their initial payment; and
   •   The referral was submitted prior to the couple booking — retroactive referral claims are not eligible.
To participate, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age. This Program is open to past clients and long-time followers of Whisper and Veil only. Whisper and Veil reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Rewards
   •   Gold or Platinum package booking — Referrer receives one complimentary one-hour shoot (valued at $600).
   •   Elopement package booking — Referrer receives 50% off a one-hour shoot ($300 off).
Rewards are subject to the following conditions:
   •   A maximum of one reward per Referrer, regardless of the number of referrals made.
   •   Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be applied toward other products or services.
   •   Travel fees may apply.

4. Conduct
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations. Any unsolicited distribution of Whisper and Veil’s information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
Whisper and Veil reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:
   •   Violating these Terms & Conditions;
   •   Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior;
   •   Attempting to manipulate or compromise the integrity of the Program.
Website activity and referral patterns may be reviewed to verify eligibility and detect misuse.

5. Liability
By participating, you agree to hold Whisper and Veil, its owner, and associates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Program. Whisper and Veil is not liable for failure to fulfill rewards due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or other force majeure events.
Whisper and Veil reserves the right to use a participant’s likeness or image — where voluntarily shared — for promotional purposes, including on its website and social media channels.

6. General
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Whisper and Veil regarding the Program. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Whisper and Veil’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
